I have a soft spot for vw taos, so naturally I’m partial to this collection. This is a collection of homes that are built by two of the most influential designers in the world. A little bit of history is in order, so I’ll provide you with the background first.
The two people who designed these homes were the late Steve Holl, the CEO of Behr, and the late Richard Meier. Steve Holl designed the homes themselves, and Richard Meier designed them for the client. They were each tasked with designing a home that could be built in the most unusual of places. Steve Holl’s home was a single-family dwelling, while Meier’s home was a duplex and a triplex.
